New Delhi, September 5 (IANS) While technology lovers, eagerly awaiting the launch of Apple‘s new smartphone on September 12, Samsung India has also planned to launch its new flagship phone, Galaxy Note 8, on the same day. Apple is going to launch its next device (iPhone 8) at the Steve Jobs Theater, in Cupertino, California. At the same time, Samsung India will launch Galaxy Note 8 in New Delhi.
According to dealer sources, Samsung has also called the media workers outside the city. Although more information about the event has not been given, it is speculated that Samsung’s latest flagship device will be launched in this program.
According to Market Research Company GFK, Samsung is the top brand in India and it has 43 percent market share in the smartphone segment.
Samsung launched Galaxy Note 8 in South Korea in August. This device comes with ‘Buxbi‘ Intelligent Assistant. It also has water and dust resistant and has a pupil scanner.
Like the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus, note 8 has Infinity Display, whose aspect ratio is 18.5: 9.
Its screen size is 6.3 inches, which is Super Amoled and has a resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels.
It has a 64-bit 6 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage with the Xenon 8895 Octa-core processor chipset.
